Visit P. Keerthi Kemparajurs M.D.

Dr. Kemparajurs has been in the practice of Family Medicine since 1988 and has been with LaGrange Family Care Doctors in La Grange since 1989. He did his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Louisville and is board certified in Family Practice. He and his family live in Anchorage and he enjoys reading and music. Dr. Kemparajurs has more than 25 years' experience as a Family Doctor in LaGrange, treating all types of medical problems including Internal medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics.

BRIAN F JOCHIM, APRN

Brian comes to us with more than 10 years of diverse experience in medicine. He received his masters as a family nurse practitioner from Spalding University as well as a post masters certificate in pediatric acute care from the University of Kentucky. He has extensive experience in neurosurgery, pediatrics, and internal medicine. His professional interests include patient empowerment, leadership in healthcare, and accessibility to care in the pediatric population. Personally he is an avid golfer and restaurant connoisseur. He lives with his wife and two daughters in East Louisville.

Samyuktha Kemparajurs, MPH, MD

Board Certified by American Academy of Family Medicine
Dr. Samyuktha Kemparajurs completed her MPH and Family Medicine Residency at the University of Louisville. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as a love of medicine to all her patients. She cares, she listens, and she wants to give her patients the best and most efficient care possible. She will be treating all types of medical problems including Internal medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Diabetes, Preventative Health Care and Geriatrics. She is affiliated with multiple hospitals in Louisville and Lagrange area . She is trained to meet the diverse health needs of children and families.

She enjoys reading, dance, music, fitness, and sports.
